we've been pretty lenient on adding in more exceptions when folks submit a pr,
but so far line-length is the only non-default pylint setting we have (ref

.pylintrc|https://github.com/apache/yetus/blob/201a3782afe38c23fdf285ad88e43140cf0107cc/.pylintrc]).
You can also disable the need for a docstring with a pylint pragma if a method
or class is really self-documenting.
