Summary: "Release Notes" button doesn't appear immediately in some

The "Managing a Release" document says as follows in the "Work in JIRA" section:

1. Browse to the Yetus JIRA versions page:

2. Click on the Name of the release you are managing
3. Click on the "Release Notes" button

But if the user selected "Issues" or "Release" rather than "Summary" in the
left menu just before, those pages will be open and the user can't find the
"Release Notes" button. The "Release Notes" button exists only in the "Summary"
page.
