Using Hadoop as a guinea pig has revealed that a (likely Apache-specific) case
where:
a) we can't use the html format
b) the console report output is too hard to parse
We need a new reporting plug-in strictly built for text-based email. Some key
points, I think:
* sends out all -1 info
* sends out all time elapsed > some value info
* non-tabularized format since text is unlikely to be fixed width
