And I'd like some opinions: should we send this to dev@accumulo,
common-dev@hadoop and dev@hbase in addition to dev@yetus and

announce the release of version 0.3.0 of Apache Yetus.
Apache Yetus is a collection of libraries and tools that enable contribution
