* make homebrew directory configurable via HADOOP_HOMEBREW_DIR environment
variable
* if HADOOP_HOMEBREW_DIR is not set, the homebrew directory is obtained by
{{brew --prefix}}.
* if it fails too, the default value (/usr/local) is used.
