Summary: junit failed and timed out tests handle 'org.apache'
differently

Failed tests remove the org.apache whereas timedout tests do not. These should
be made consistent.
eg:
Failed junit tests :
hadoop.net.TestClusterTopology
Timed out junit tests :
org.apache.hadoop.yarn.client.cli.TestYarnCLI
