Skipped branch modules with no Java source: .

It skipped the root of the tree because there was no src dir.

branch/hbase-it no findbugs output file (hbase-it/target/findbugsXml.xml)

hbase-it has a src dir, tried to run findbugs, but findbugs didn't generate any
output. I'm guessing findbugs is set not to generate output for src/test/java
in HBase?
