Description: qbt needs the ability to archive files in-between test runs so
that they may be reported upstream into Jenkins (was: Yetus should save
.stderr and .stdout files generated by the maven-cmakebuilder plugin. These
files contain the output of native unit tests which were run, and can be
helpful in debugging native unit test failures. This is similar to log4j files
from Java tests.)
