Looks like I gave up too soon. The issue was that I hadn't activated the 
virtualenvironment for yetus. Activating it and running the command worked like 
a charm! 

I am not familiar with ruby / bundle / middleman etc. but it would have been 
nice to get more information, may be one of the following things can be done.
1. Propagate the actual error which script generated. 
2. Check for dependencies before running the tool
3. Add a note to remind users that this requires all python dependencies for 
yetus to be installed.
