Kengo Seki updated YETUS-438:
-----------------------------
    Description:
I've just updated the in-progress document on Yetus site, and I found some
issues in the releasedocmaker document.

* "Sorted Output", "Backward Incompatible Changes" and "Release Version"
sections are not in the TOC.
* For consistency, "releasedocmaker" commands in that sections should be
"releasedocmaker.py" and equals between parameter names and values should be
removed.
* "You can override the default value for this label by using -L option" should
be "... using --incompatiblelabel option".
