Was thinking about unit tests.

Besides the bats logic for specific routines, it would be interesting to have 
an end to end unit test.

For example, use a directory of text patches to build up a git repository.
Use a temporary web server to serve an example jira page.
Use that Jira page to direct to the same web server that hosts the patch, run 
the test-patch scripts on the built git repository.
