For example, if you look at [this comment from the Hadoop QA

on HBASE-14061, you'll see there is a subsystem comment that says "Docker mode
activated" and in the Report/Notes section the docker subsystem has a line that
says what client/server versions are present and what specific image was used.
We'd like that to also include the Dockerfile that was passed in to create that
image.
