While working on setting up Apache Yetus to manage the Apache Hadoop builds on
the ASF Windows build infrastructure, it became evident that there needs to be
a way to set some Hadoop-specific locations in the personality. As it stands
right now, the Windows builds fails because it can't find Snappy.
