I'm really hesitant to cut a release without a fix for YETUS-587 as well as a
change using the project for the default jira/github user names, given the
discussion on INFRA-15558.
YETUS-587 is of import because the output generated by Yetus on surefire < 2.19
is effectively wrong.
A fix for INFRA-15558 is gonna be key to deal with overcrowding of JIRA
accounts.
I'll file a JIRA for the latter as well as code to go with it. (I've been
playing with it on the side and got distracted by providing a solution for
github prb users.)
