Description:
Looking at the hadoop-trunk-win build shows that coprocessors.txt is filled
with errors:

Launching yrr_coproc
/f/short/hadoop-trunk-win/yetus/precommit/coprocs.d/e_a_r_helper.sh: line 32:
ulimit: max user processes: cannot modify limit: Invalid argument

Need to investigate and triage those away.
