Description:
- should mention to check the year before anything else
- this code is wrong:

$ perl -pi -e 's,0.7.0-SNAPSHOT,0.8.0,g' $(find . -type f)
{code}
it should be 0.8.0-SNAPSHOT
- it should be mvn deploy not mvn install
- rewrite the part about close of vote since we now can wait for past that
- cleanup message says 'apache 0.7.0' should say yetus
- move the release helper stuff to be after the announcement so that one
doesn't get hit by the clock handling or try to get the dev@community folks to
actually fix their 'tomorrow' bug
- the version needs to already be marked for release i think
- "Update the documentation in the git master branch for the new release" --
should be documented or point to the website docs or something
- "Once you’ve gotten feedback, it’s fine to push the patch to the ASF git repo
immediately so long as the updated website is not published." yeah, that's not
how that works anymore.
- "Publish convenience artifacts (maven, homebrew, etc.). Specifics to be
documented later; see YETUS-316." -- that's closed out so should remove this
line since it's all covered now.
