Looking at the source, there is an undocumented property
temporaryBuildDirectory that is clearly missing the build directory
information. Setting that property to
${project.build.directory}/jython-plugins-tmp/ means the build works regardless
of directory. I've run mvn deploy from the root of the source tree, wiped
org.apache.yetus from my m2 cache, and ran the sample. It worked. So now it's
all starting to make sense. :)
I'll prepare another patch that adds this line to the pom.
