In pursuing YETUS-919 and before [reaching
out|https://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/yetus-dev/201910.mbox/browser] to
understand how to affect changes to the {{docker}} command line, it would help
to have the documentation cross-link the couple of places the docker functions
are mentioned.
