As per the community's vote to swtich to 'main' (vote thread:
https://s.apache.org/yetus-dev-branch-vote) , we need to:
* change all of the references to 'main' in the build files and in the defaults
* change docker hub to build apache/yetus*:main
* work with INFRA to delete the master branch
