The checkstyle output postprocessing is very slow when there are a lot of
changed files.
My run generates a 26MB raw output, while the yetus processed file is 12MB.
I suspect that the append operation in the following line gets slower as the
file gets bigger, but I lack the bash expertise to tell if/how the filtering
can be improved:
