Description:
Various plug-ins have incompatible formats and/or do not call
bugsystem_linecomments_*.
* missing from module_* path
* maven javac, javadoc are incompatible
* asflicense, author, dupname, pathlen, unitveto incompatible
was:bugsystem_linecomments_* is never called in the module-based testing
infra.
