General:
* Somewhere, should mention prior to build-and-sign:
* double check the changelog and release notes
* close the release jira temporarily
* Should probably talk more about the maven repo
Working in git:
* It should be 'open a PR for main', 'push a new branch for JIRA-release'.
Also, after PR passes github checks, merge it. (something we decided upon a
while back but was never documented)
* Until YETUS-1043 is fixed, linkchecker for the release branch should be
ignored.
