I don't know much about the C client. - Re `Add watcher type to Admin server` - I'll see what I can do @anmolnar and @eolivelli - Re `WatchManagerOptimized` - I'll make sure tests pass, etc. without adding support to it. As @anmolnar noticed it will be very tricky to do.
