   This fix ensures that Follower.shutdown() and Observer.shutdown() will 
invoke syncProcessor.shutdown() correctly. 
   Besides, it ensures that syncProcessor.shutdown() will happen before 
zkDb.fastForwardDataBase(), which avoids possible data inconsistency.
