Briefly describe the NOTMUCH_CONFIG variable there. --- It turns out that it is documented in notmuch help setup, but I missed it.
I'm not sure how to phrase it to fit at the end of notmuch help, suggestions welcome. For now I added a traditional ENVIRONMENT VARIABLES section to the man page.
