I use the same config file for notmuch for multiple machines (as part of my dotfiles). These machines have different users so I want to have the database relative to the home directory.
I tried setting the database director to "~/.mail" and "$HOME/.mail" and neither worked. Is there a way to set the database directory relative to home?
