Xorg disappears, but I only see the contents of tty1 on any other tty just before Xorg was started. I did not have these errors before when using Ubuntu. Not in this form. They appeared sporadically but everything was fine afterwards. Some more critical information. The first time after installation, everything worked fine. I looked at the upgrade logs: [2014-01-07 16:14] [PACKAGEKIT] upgraded xorg-server-common (1.14.5-1 -> 1.14.5-2) [2014-01-07 16:14] [PACKAGEKIT] upgraded xorg-server (1.14.5-1 -> 1.14.5-2) [2014-01-09 09:19] [PACKAGEKIT] upgraded glibc (2.18-11 -> 2.18-12) [2014-01-09 09:19] [PACKAGEKIT] upgraded libdrm (2.4.50-1 -> 2.4.51-1) It's not the kernel, I just tried v3.13-rc3. Libdrm is not a huge upgrade and no nouveau files were touched.
