hi phil ... thanks for your thoughts ... i read the page on the development process of divmod and it definitely has some really good points. the described development process is really strict, which is important for a bigger project with a larger group of developers ... nova is not really a big project (, yet?) so i think a lot of the things like who is working on what, can stay informal for now ...
