[nova-dev] what draws the dashed lines around boxes in the GUI?

I'm looking all over for the code responsible for drawing the dashed
lines around boxes in the GUI. I can't find anything, nor can I find
anything in the Qt docs that suggest it's doing it automagically. Does
anyone know?
