All,

I've managed to get Supernova compiling on a 16 CPU mac machine.

ofcourse, the thread priority stuff still isn't working ... and so
there are glitches in the sound. But I can post some results.

I'm running this test:

g = PGroup.new
100.do{ { WhiteNoise.ar / 100 }.play(g) }

I call the second line successively ... adding 100 WhiteNoise
generators each time. Here's a response on CPU useage by the
'supernova' process:

WhiteNoise.ar Ugens:

100 ... 110% CPU
200 ... 198%
300 ... 270%
400 ... 355 %
500 ... 420 %
600 ... 490 %
700 ... system dies .... and the message is:

"terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::bad_alloc'
  what():  std::bad_alloc"

... no idea what that means, but there's at least 9GB or RAM unused by
the system so it is not running out of memory.
