If the -U param is sufficient (I didn't confirm that it is) then would
this not be preferable to copying stuff over? Otherwise, one would
need to copy everything over each time a new plugin is installed. A
param would be better, no?

was thinking that if the supercollider executable path is passed into
he supernova  install script then perhaps a setting can be left (in
the supercollider environment) that points to where the supenova
binary is.

But perhaps a 'proper' solution is really only possible if Supernova
is bundled with SuperCollider.
