We had a couple of problems related to STP and ports changing state that were fixed this morning. Would you be able to pull again? If it still doesn't work, can you send the commit number for both OpenFlow and NOX? You can see it by running "git log" and looking at the first line, which contains a SHA-1 hash. (Since we're in active development, the version is generally useful information in these bug reports.)
