Hi i am running nox application "pyswitch.py" provided with nox. I have a simple setup in which two hosts are connected through a OF switch. when i ping from host2 (10.0.0.2) to host1(10.0.0.1) output shown on the application console can be found in attached file (i am showing a part of output which is relevant to my question)
my question is about last two lines (46,47). Why we are getting this arp reply
at the end with out any request and both hosts are already seding ICMP packets
to each other (by mentioning correct destination mac). Can anyone explain
please.
