IMHO, this is likely a general openflow question rather than a nox
question, so is probably best posted on
[email protected].

In any case, there is support for bandwidth slicing in the up coming
openflow 1.0 release.  You can grab a release candidate from the
openflowswitch.org website and your feedback is most welcome.
