Because OpenFlow imposes framing itself. So either we would need another length field for stats, or just a "continue" bit. The fact that this is exposed at the event API level is simply a shortcoming of Nox.

Yes, I am being ignorant here.  But if OpenFlow protocol is over TCP,
why should this be done?  It is a stream protocol, so any length of
message should fit.

The Flow_stats_in_event has a boolean field "more".  What does that
mean and how is it set?  Just a random discovery.
