The tuples in this list are Python conversions of Name from bindings_storage.hh in the form of (name, type, id). Type 1 is a LOCATION, type 2 is a HOST. I think these constants are in nox.netapps.bindings_storage.pybindings_storage.Name. id of -1 is the default.
