You can forward the packets through any way, that's the principle of
OpenFlow. There are many ways to prevent a loop in the net which depend on your
design.
May be you can use SPT to prevent a loop. You just need to generate a tree
in the net which can eliminate the loop.
For the second question, In the real network enviroment you can use the
command "dpclt" to set the dpid of each switch.
That's just my opinion.

I want to set a forwarding table�in each switch �to prevent loop.�What can I do
to achieve it?
I use the mininet environoment for?test. I don't know how to specify dpid of
every switch?because the dpid seems not fixed.
