You do have to actually open up a browser and look at it.   I think it defaults 
to port 80, which you probably can't use unless you're root.  If you want to 
change it... I can't remember exactly, but I think maybe... nox_core -v -v 
webserver=port=8080 dummywebpage would do it.

(You may want to use -v -v to make sure you get any debugging messages.)
