It is not really a goal for NOX, so I doubt it will be a feature in the future. If you provide some more information on what you want to do and why you need multiple controllers, I or somebody else might be able to share some thoughts.
If you want multiple instances of the same controller for load distribution and reliability, it becomes really tricky because you need to keep them synchronized.
