Hi John,

I suppose we could put something in there to check for a backup server
setting, but we don't do RBL lookups so I don't see what the point would be.
The limited IP checking we do is using one of the pattern files and ALL IPs in
the routing are checked, so the only thing that would change would be what is
inserted into the headers. In addition, the only time IP checking is invoked
is when a message does not fail anything else. It would not affect the program
operation in the slightest.
