Thanks for you patch.
I've applied it in branch and it works fine. I am now able to build
successfully a WPF project.
I also added the ff paths in my Path Env Var:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v7.0A\bin\NETFX 4.0
Tools;C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319;
