Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a project (VS2008/VS2010)
2) Generate a POM
3) Add a new service reference
Actual Behavior: POM file was not updated correctly (Service Reference should
be added like that of a Web Reference)
Expected Behavior: Pom should be correctly updated.
