Steps to Reproduce:
1) Delete npanday-settings.xml
2) Build project.
Actual Behavior: Build error cause it's unable to locate the Executable path
Expected Behavior: Build should be successful since npanday-settings.xml is
already generated.
Workaround: Build project again.
