Fix For: 1.3.1-incubating
Both the Compile- and the Custom-Lifecycle-Plugin list other NPanday plugins
for execution in different phases.
Currently it is up to Maven to determine a version of the used plugins.
Instead, a Compile-Plugin of Version X should always be using the plugins from
the same release.
