Web apps checked out from SVN have the .svn folder in it and if Resync
References is performed on web application a .references folder is also created.
When building the web application, NPanday build copies .svn and .references
folders to target folder along with the web application code files and
directory structure. They get bundled when the source is packaged when you run
"Install" on the project.
