Remove NPanday.Plugin.Addin as it is outdated and unused

It it one of three sources for the *.Addin-file (we also have wix and
maven-vsinstaller-plugin.
It only supports VS 2005 and seems to be quite outdated. I think people should
rather create theese manually and then filter in properties from the pom.
