Currently we have quite complicated code to resolve all the files needed to run
an addin or .NET-based Maven Plugin. We should leave that to the modules
themselves to define what they need to run by attaching
"dotnet-packaging"/app.zip to them.
Then also the types VISUAL_STUDIO_ADDIN and SHARP_DEVELOP_ADDIN can be removed.
