Support for multiple source dirs

If another maven plugin generates sources for other plugins to process this is
not picked up by NPanday.
Typically we have a plugin adding to the sources with the following code:
/**
* The source directories containing the sources to be compiled.
*
* @parameter expression="${project.compileSourceRoots}"
* @required
* @readonly
*/
private List<String> compileSourceRoots;
...
compileSourceRoots.add(getTargetDir().getAbsolutePath());
