The Library Importer currently only imports one of the lib-folders in a nuget
package.
When importing multiple, we have to decide how we map the framework to the
artifactId or version. Classifier will not work, because each framework version
would need it's own pom, since it can have different dependencies.
This should also be correlated with [#NPANDAY-405] (Allow to build multiple
configurations in one build (Multi-targeting))
