When the user profile contains umlauts: "C:\Users\Björn Kummel", NPanday does
not manage to npanday-settings.xml, as it can't find the path.
The log shows "Bj?rn Kummel" and complains about the path not beeing found.
Looks like it is in the parameters-passing between java and .net code.
